Description
Heart Saver CPR AED teaches participants how to perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Based on the latest Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
Who should take this course?
The Heart Saver CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs an OSHA-compliant CPR training completion card—or anyone who wants to be ready to respond in an emergency.
What does this course teach?
Heartsaver CPR AED teaches the lifesaving skills of CPR and AED, including:
- Signs of a Heart Attack or Stroke
- Adult CPR and AED use
- Choking help for an Adult, Child, or Infant
- Drowning response and prevention
- Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies
- Optional modules in Child CPR AED and Infant CPR
